Hey, we’ve got a couple of great new African coffees that we are real excited about!
First, our new Ethiopia Natural Sidamo Dale: This coffee is grown garden-style by 300 smallholders, producing a sparkly-sweet coffee with a lemony-zest to it. Mmmm. One of Mark’s favorites. ($12.50)
The second coffee is a brand new origin for us (and the rest of the world) — Congo! Our coffee broker convinced us to try a bag, and we’re not disappointed. Here are our tasting notes: sweet, fruity, sour cherry, heavy syrupy body, raisin, spice, unique, oak, winey, complex. ($12.00)
